Here is everything new in the neon-lit underbelly. The most immediate change is the removal of the controversial "Dynamic Obscuration" system. Previously, during intimate cutscenes or specific character upgrades, the game would layer on heavy lens flares, smoke, or awkward camera angles.
When you see the sweat on a character’s brow after a boss fight, or the scars on their back during a quiet repair scene, the world feels heavier. More real.
If you own the original, the update is free. If you were waiting for the "definitive" edition, this is it. Just don't play it on public transport unless you turn the "Neon Bloom" back up to maximum.
🌃🌃🌃🌃🌑 (4/5 Midnight Suns) "Finally uncensored, finally uncompromised." Dusk City: Uncensored Edition is available now on Steam, GOG, and console marketplaces (Regional restrictions apply).
