You will be asked to enter your Registered Mobile Number or Email Address .

Open the Ezetap POS App on your device.

Forgetting your password can be frustrating, especially when you need to process payments or manage transactions quickly. Ezetap (now part of the Razorpay group) provides a straightforward process to reset your password for both the Merchant Dashboard and the Ezetap Android POS App .

Enter your Merchant ID (usually printed on your invoice or given during onboarding). ezetap login password reset

Go to the Ezetap Merchant Dashboard login page (usually https://dashboard.ezetap.com or provided by your onboarding email).

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? or Reset Password (exact wording may vary by app version).

Set a New Password (follow the strength guidelines shown on screen). You will be asked to enter your Registered

You will be redirected to the login page. Log in with your Merchant ID / Username and the New Password . Tip: If you don’t see the email within 2-3 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Confirm and tap Save .

Tap Verify .

Below the password field, click on the Forgot Password? link.

Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
