Select Erase all data (factory reset) .
Power off the device. If it’s frozen, press and hold the Power button for 10–15 seconds until it shuts down. Press the Power button to select it
Tap Erase everything to confirm.
Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button and the Power button simultaneously. enter your PIN
Use the Volume Down button again to highlight Factory data reset and press Power to confirm.
