Scroll down and tap on System (or About Phone depending on your software version).
Open Settings on your HISENSE E32 Lite.
Power off your phone completely.

Your phone will boot into Recovery Mode . Use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select.
Press and hold the Volume Up button + Power button simultaneously until the Hisense logo appears, then release.
The file will likely be named something like update.zip . Do not rename or unzip the file. Scroll down and tap on System (or About
Copy the update.zip file to the root directory (main folder) of your microSD card.
If an update is available, tap Download and wait for the file to finish downloading.
Choose the update.zip file from the list. The installation will begin automatically. Tap Check for updates
Insert the microSD card into your HISENSE E32 Lite.
Navigate to Apply update from SD card and select it.
Tap System Update (or Wireless Update ).
