CAD-Earth doesn't work on Mac, Revit or AutoCAD LT platforms.
What’s the difference between CAD-Earth Basic, Plus and Premium versions? With CAD-Earth Basic you can import and export images and objects to Google Earth™. With CAD-Earth Plus, you can additionally import terrain configurations from Google Earth™, draw contour lines, and create cross sections or profiles. ArcGIS 10.3.1, released by Esri in early 2015, represents a mature version of the ArcGIS Desktop suite. It is widely used in academic, governmental, and private sector settings for geographic information system (GIS) analysis, data management, and map production. While Esri now promotes newer versions (ArcGIS Pro and later ArcMap versions), 10.3.1 remains in use due to specific organizational workflows, legacy extensions, or hardware constraints. This paper outlines the legitimate process for downloading ArcGIS 10.3.1, verifying system requirements, and performing a standard installation.
Downloading ArcGIS 10.3.1 requires authorized access via My Esri or an institutional agreement. The process involves verifying system compatibility, obtaining the correct ISO/executable, and performing a standard administrative installation. While Esri has moved to newer software architectures, proper documentation of legacy version retrieval remains valuable for maintaining existing GIS infrastructures. Users are reminded that unauthorized distribution or download of Esri software violates copyright and license terms. i--- Arcgis 10.3.1 Download
