Jab Harry Met Sejal is a flawed, frustrating film that works only in fragments. Watch it if you’re a die-hard SRK fan who wants to see him act his heart out. Or if you just want to listen to Pritam’s album on a long drive. But as a romance? It fails the one test that matters: You never really believe why Harry falls for Sejal, or why Sejal deserves him.
