I always try to eat healthy food every day. In the morning, I have a glass of milk and a bowl of porridge or an egg sandwich for breakfast. For lunch, I eat homemade food like roti, dal, green vegetables, and salad. In the evening, after playing, I eat a fruit or a handful of nuts. For dinner, I have light food like rice with curd or soup. I drink 5-6 glasses of water daily and avoid eating too much junk food like chips or candy. Good food habits keep me strong and active for school and games. My Daily Food Habit
