If there’s a flaw in Episode 4, it’s the B-plot involving the school’s talent competition. While intended as comic relief (featuring Han-gyeol’s best friend Min-soo attempting a disastrous magic trick), it feels jarringly upbeat against the episode’s otherwise melancholic tone.
