The "Neighbor" is too passive. She rarely bets unless she has a pair of Jacks or better, making her too easy to grind down. Also, the game still suffers from occasional "God Hand" streaks where an AI draws an inside straight on the river. It feels scripted, though the developer claims pure RNG.
